Bob Jr. is a graduate of the University of Arizona with over 35 years of experience in the practice of public accounting. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Washington State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Bob Jr.'s areas of expertise include tax return preparation and planning for individuals, estates, and trusts. Bob Jr. also has significant experience with less-paper digital records storage and management, data backup, data protection, identity theft protection, and general technology use.
Bob Jr. is a creative and innovative thinker and has and does work, in limited capacities, with businesses to generate new ideas for business growth, development, and improvement. He has displayed the ability to foresee future problems and opportunities and develop strategies to address these problems and capitalize on opportunities.
Bob Jr. has been involved in many community groups and organizations over the years. He is a past president of the Kennewick Kiwanis Club, Benton-Franklin Chapter of the American Cancer Society, Planned Giving Council of Eastern Washington, and Benton-Franklin Humane Society. Bob has also volunteered for the United Way, Boy Scouts of America – Blue Mountain Council, Mid-Columbia Library Association, and the Benton-Franklin Legal Aid Society, among others.
Bob Jr.'s family consists of wife Sue Anne of 27 years, stepson twin Brandon with wife Amy and grandkids Isaiah and Olivia, stepson twin Justin, and daughter Katie Anne. Brandon recently completed his masters in systems engineering while working at L3 communications in Dallas. Justin lives in the Tri-Cities and recently traveled to the Philippines and Katie is a senior at WSU and will be coming home to student teach.
Personal interests of Bob Jr. include photography (40+ years) and traveling with Sue Anne. (Our goal is to visit all 50 states, with about half now completed. We have also visited 19 foreign countries.) Bob Jr. enjoys new technology, the stock market/options trading (he has a few amazing trades), attending air shows, listening to music, fishing, stargazing, and reading on many topics. (Bob is an avid user of Flipboard and Zinio for his daily reading.)
